Fitness 4 mums with bubs is a specific outdoor exercise program for new mums who want to get back into shape after pregnancy and childbirth.

What should I take?
A hat and sunscreen

It's important that you've gained clearance from your doctor before you begin an exercise program. Comfortable clothing and footwear is essential. Your stroller must be suitable for grass activities.
Classes run for 1 hour in Miranda, Cronulla, Caringbah and Sylvania. Other area in the Sutherland Shire available on request for groups of 5 or more. $20 per session. Nutrition Plans and one-on-one personal training also available.
