All Public Holidays will be paid for except Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day.

Fees

The Kindergarten fees are currently $46.00 per day. Fees need to be kept current each week or paid in advance. If your fees fall behind, your position in the Centre will be in jeopardy and a late payment fee of $5.00 per week will be charged.

Weekly payment envelopes are handed out at the beginning of the week either in your child’s daybook or in their bag. Payment is expected by the Friday. Monies or cheques are to be placed in the envelope provided and the amount enclosed needs to be written on the front of the provided envelope. Fees are placed in the fees box located in the entry way. Receipts will be placed in your child’s daybook or bag within 3 working days.

All absent days, public holidays and extra days must be paid for and will be charged accordingly. There are NO make up days as we have restricted daily numbers. Parents are not charged for any of the time we are closed over Christmas.

Child Care Benefit

The CCB subsidy is offered by the Family Assistance Office (FAO) to help with the cost of childcare. You can choose to receive CCB through weekly fee reductions or as a lump sum payment after the Australian Tax Office has processed your tax return at the end of the financial year.

The FAO uses your family’s yearly income to determine your CCB% and notifies the Kindergarten of this percentage. Your fees are then reduced using the CCB% formula provided by the FAO. To receive the CCB subsidy you need to contact the FAO on 136150 to register. You need to provide the FAO with our service provider number is 555 001 444B.
