I am a Cert 111 qualified Child Care Educator and attend regular Industry training to keep me fresh and up to date.  Along with mandatory ‘First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis and Children at Risk’ training.

I foster warm, relaxed and respectful yet professional relationships with both children in my care and their families.  I understand that the most important role for me as a caregiver/educator is to form a partnership with parents and families in commitment to support their role whilst promoting their child’s mental and physical development and wellbeing.

One Step Up Childcare Centre  Providing high quality child care by a team of qualified early childhood educators. Yowie Bay Preschool   We are a small 25 place preschool in Yowie Bay for children ages 3-6 years. Our centre is operated between 8:30 am – 3.30 pm Monday to Friday.

The centre boasts a complete school readiness program along with yoga programs, meditation and a Japanese early learning language program (ELLA).

Our indoor and outdoor areas are set up to encourage and enhance the children's learning through exploring and discovery. 

Our qualified early childhood educators are also on hand to provide a caring and nurturing environment, designed to aide children's learning and development. We pride ourselves on providing a strong sense of community between the parents, children and educators. By involving families in the learning process, we believe this leads to better engagement and improved educational outcomes.

Energetic Minds is a wellness and wellbeing company for young developing children.
A wife and husband team from a creative arts primary and secondary trained background and a Police Officer of 15 years, we have developed a unique wellness program based on the Early Years Learning Framework.

This exciting holistic program is a “one stop shop” aimed to build social connections, confidence, while providing a foundation for healthy behaviours. Our aim is, to encourage the involvement of the one child that wouldn’t normally participate in physical and verbal activities. If we can achieve this, than we have done our job and improved the learning qualities of this growing child.

Under the umbrella of the Mind Body and Me! Program, we have 5 exciting programs run by our amazing educators who are also accredited Yoga, Zumba, Meditation, Pilates and Martial Arts/Karate teachers. Rise & Shine Kindergarten Sylvania

Kindyhub    is providing families with online "At Home" Learning Experiences.
During these challenging times, we want to ensure you that Kindyhub has your back, both from an Educators and Parent perspective.

Should Childcare Services be forced to close, Kindyhub can assist educators in providing families with a series of online learning videos, stories and  activities to complete at home:

Capture: Educators can upload images of learning activities and short explainer videos to share with families eg. creative arts, a short puppet show, physical activity options and much more.

Daily Journals: Educators can showcase different learning activities that parents can re-create at home.  

Report Library: Kindyhub will create a new report option for all services called "At Home Learning". This will become part of your report library and can be customised to suit your services needs.

Family Stories: Families can upload these learning experiences directly via the Parent App or Web Portal for educators to plan and extend on the learning at home.

At-Home Learning Icon: Families will soon have access to learning activity ideas, daily program suggestions and links to relevant resources. Kindyhub will update on a regular basis.
