Training: I have completed my first aid certificate and I am currently studying Certificate III in Childrens Services.

About me: I live in Woolooware close to the station with my three school age children. I am in the process of renovating a separate area of my home to DOC's regulations for the day care centre and have a generous yard and outdoor play areas set aside for the children which includes a sand pit.  All toys, cots and surroundings etc are new for the children.

My service: I aim to provide quality care within a soothing and home environment that the child feels safe and secure in. The result of the child feeling this way allows for education and learning to occur.  By staying small I am able to provide the quality care and nurturing atmosphere that your child deserves, which makes my home day care a premium service.

I strive to meet your child's physical, intellectual, social and emotional needs. Children learn best in a loving, organised, natural environment and for this reason choosing Sam's Family Day Care would be very important.
Your child will learn something new every day at Sam's Family Day Care including important values such as patience, sharing, responsibility, compassion for self and others, communication and teamwork. He/she will also learn the basics of education such as recognising the alphabet, numbers, colours, shapes, how to paint, play with dough, cut with scissors and colour with pens and pencils.

As your partner in caring for your child, my interaction with you, the parent, is as important as my interaction with your child. I encourage parent involvement in the child care setting at all times so please feel free to share with me your concerns, problems, and situations that will affect your child if need be.

Child Care Entitlements : As Sam's Family Day Care is a registered service, families are entitled to Child Care Benefit which is based on combined income and the number of children in the family.
